QURAN VERSES TO HELP TACKLE THE DIFFERENT EMOTIONS
Everyone experiences a variety of emotional states in their daily lives. At times, we may feel energized and upbeat, while at other times, we may feel discouraged and dispirited. We may also sometimes engage in actions that are considered wrong and lose hope, or we may seek inspiration and motivation. To help address these various emotional states, here is a list of Quran verses that can provide support and guidance.
1. When life get hard
“For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.” (94:5)
2. When feeling upset
“..Whoever puts his trust in Allah; he will be enough for him..” (65:3)
3. When feeling lonely
4. Who have sinned
5. When feeling anxious
“..Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.”(3:173)
6. When you have sinned
Say, “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.” (39:53)
7. When you are worried
“O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.” (Quran 2:153)
