15 Best Times For Make Dua | Get Your Duas Accepted

Best Times to Make Dua | There are countless problems we come across in our lives. Duas to recite in difficulty are the form of great blessings given by our Creator. In a hopeless situation, the only hope is Almighty Allah. We should make dua at all times, not only during times of distress.

 

Allah says in Quran

“And your Lord says, “Call upon Me; I will respond to you…”

Quran 40:46

 

There are many Best Times For Make Dua , some of them are:

 

1. Between The Adhan And The Iqamah

Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said:

The supplication made between the Adhan and Iqamah is not rejected.” Tirmidhi 212

2. In Sujood

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

The nearest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating himself, so make supplication (in this state).- Sahih Muslim 482

3. In The Last Third Of The Night.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

Our Lord, the Blessed, the Superior, comes every night down on the nearest Heaven to us when the last third of the night remains, saying:

“Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may respond to invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me, so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone seeking My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him?” Bukhari 1145

 

4. The Dua of An Oppressed Person.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:

The Prophet ﷺ sent Mu`adh to Yemen and said,

“Be afraid, from the curse of the oppressed as there is no screen between his invocation and Allah.” Bukhari 2448

5. Dua of A Father, And Dua of the one traveling.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“There are three supplications that will undoubtedly be answered: the supplication of one who has been wronged; the supplication of the traveler; and the supplication of a father for his child.” Ibn Majah 3862

6. Dua When It Is Raining.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“There are two which will not be rejected: du’aa’ at the time of the call (to prayer) and when it is raining.Abu Dawud 2540 

 

7. When the ranks are drawn up for battle.

Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said:

“There are two that will not be rejected, or will rarely be
rejected: du’aa’ at the time of the call for prayer and at the time of battle when the fighting begins.” Abu Dawud 2540 

8. Dua at a certain time on Friday.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“There is an hour (opportune time) on Friday and if a Muslim gets it while praying and asks something from Allah, then Allah will definitely meet his demand.” And he (the Prophet) pointed out the shortness of that time with his hands. Bukhari 935 

 

9. When drinking Zamzam water.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“The water of Zamzam is for whatever it is drunk for.” Ibn Majah 3062 

 

10. Dua Made For One Who Is Sick Or Dying.

Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said:

“When you visit one who is sick or dying, say good things, for the angels say: Aneen to whatever you say.” Ibn Majah 1447

 

11. Dua Of A Righteous Person For His Parents.

Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said:
“When the son of Adam dies, all his good deeds come to an end except three: ongoing charity, a righteous son who will pray for him, or beneficial knowledge.” Muslim 1631

12. After Saying The Dua of Prophet Yunus (As)

لا إله إلا أنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said:

“The supplication of Dhun-Nun (Prophet Yunus) when he supplicated, while in the belly of the whale was: ‘There is none worthy of worship except You, Glory to You, Indeed, I have been of the transgressors.

(La ilaha illā anta subḥānaka inni kuntu minaz-zālimīn)’

So indeed, no Muslim man supplicates with it for anything, ever, except Allah responds to him.Tirmidhi 3505

13. Dua Made for Others.

Abu Dharr reported that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said:

There is no believing servant who supplicates for his brother behind his back (in his absence) that the Angels do not say: The same be for you too.

Sahih Muslim 2732,

14. Dua Of A Fasting Person. And Dua of A Just Ruler.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“There are three whose supplication is not rejected: The fasting person when he breaks his fast, the just leader, and the supplication of the oppressed person; Allah raises it up above the clouds and opens the gates of heaven to it. And the Lord says: ‘By My might, I shall surely aid you, even if it should be after a while.” Tirmidhi 3598 

 

15. Dua When Asking Allah by His Greatest Names.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ:

Heard a man supplicating, and he was saying:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنِّي أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ الْأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

(Allāhumma innī as’aluka bi annī ashhadu annaka antallāh, lā ilāha illā ant, al-aḥaduṣ-ṣamad, alladhī lam yalid wa lam yūlad, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan aḥad)

‘O Allah, indeed, I ask you by my testifying that You are Allah, there is none worthy of worship except You, the One, As-Samad, the one who does not beget, nor was begotten, and there is none who is like Him.

So he said: ‘By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, he has asked Allah by His Greatest Name, the one which of He is called upon by it, He responds, and when He is asked by it, He gives. Tirmidhi 3475
