فاض شوقا إليه
ليس أرجو سوى
شربةً من يديه
الصلاةُ عليه
والسلامُ عليه
My heart long for him
Overflow longing to him
I don’t hope except
A drink from his hands
Prayers be upon him
Peace be upon him
للسماءِ ارتقى
فأتى بالنقاء
وغدا وجههُ
نيّرا مشرقا
To the sky (He) ascended
Then came with purity
His face become
Luminous (and) bright
كان من عفوهِ
حين حان اللقاء
قال فلتذهبوا
أنتم الطلقاء

كان في هديهِ
منهجا وسطا
كان تُسعدهُ
بسمةُ البُسطاءْ
سيّدٌ في الكرم
قمةٌ في العطاء
